Orange Grove Bio is seeking an organized, goal-oriented Scientific Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Scientific Recruiter, you will support the day-to-day functions and strategic vision of both corporate and scientific recruiting for our fast-paced biotech company. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who loves building relationships, has an extensive understanding of scientific industries, passion for streamlining processes, and provides excellent customer service internally with top-notch candidate experience externally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full life-cycle recruitment for roles across a variety of functions
  • Become a trusted talent advisor for senior leadership across the organization
  • Coach and advise hiring managers based on your growing knowledge in niche markets and competitive landscape
  • You will own and manage multiple roles while both moving quickly and providing a great candidate experience
  • Deliver creative, innovative recruitment strategies and recommendations based on data analysis and metrics-driven execution
  • Engage passive candidates
  • Collaborate with the General Counsel, HR Manager, and other OGB Leadership on various projects and programs
  • Work in a team environment while being accountable for individual weekly and monthly goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in technical or scientific recruiting
  • Strong technical and/or scientific acumen, preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • A high degree of proficiency with Excel and other MS Office programs, and G-Suite
  • Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
